All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Delivery is available within Switzerland.
Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated, orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g. high order volume, weather conditions, or pandemic-related restrictions). You will be informed promptly in such cases.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not liable for delivery delays or returns due to incorrect address details.
