The Governor olive oil is made exclusively from a century-old “Lianolia” olive tree variety, which is up to 500 years old and grows only on the island of Corfu.
Naturally produced with minimal environmental impact, without irrigation or the use of chemicals. Cold-pressed within hours at lower temperatures than usual.
Due to the early harvest, the olives are harvested a few weeks after those for our Limited Edition. The polyphenol content is still extremely high, exceeding EU regulations for health claims by two times. High levels of oleocanthal and oleacein.
Used by many of our customers both for private consumption and in the catering industry due to its excellent quality and health benefits.
